MicroChannel Completes Rebranding of Tectura Singapore, Tectura Indonesia and Tectura Malaysia
1 April 2017 – MicroChannel Services (MicroChannel), a leading provider of business technology solutions, has completed the rebranding of Tectura Singapore, Tectura Indonesia (Jakarta) and Tectura Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) into MicroChannel Singapore, MicroChannel Indonesia and MicroChannel Malaysia.
It is now two and a half years since MicroChannel, a leading business technology solutions company across the Asia Pacific region, acquired Tectura. The acquisition provided Tectura customers with broader support and consulting teams, and expanded the offerings available to you with a range of superior and integrated end-to-end business solutions.
MicroChannel is excited to inform that effective 7th April 2017, Tectura Singapore Pte Ltd, PT Tectura Indonesia, Tectura Malaysia Sdn Bhd will officially change name and operate as MicroChannel Singapore Pte Ltd, PT MicroChannel Indonesia Operations and MicroChannel Malaysia Operations Sdn Bhd respectively. This name change will further strengthen and unify our teams, provide consistent branding, and will enhance the customer experience when working with our local and regional teams.
We kindly ask you to update your records accordingly and to address all future business correspondence to the new company name; all other details of the company remain unchanged. Please note that this is only a name change and hence all existing customer contracts and arrangements stay the same.
